There are some tofus, like the fermented stuff, that is brown on the outside and pressed in a way to give it much more density, that is actually considered lucky, because it has the same shape as money! Guesses included eggs, flour, and, er, SNOW (Um, we don't really EAT snow, though it's acceptable to do so!). This food is white, or very pale beige....
